The Setup Social photographs and records its events for promotional, marketing, and event-related purposes.
By registering for a The Setup Social event and accepting the event photography and video consent during registration, you consent to The Setup Social photographing, filming, and recording you at the event and using your image, likeness, and appearance as described in this policy.
Photos and videos captured at The Setup Social events may be used for purposes including:
Content may include individual photographs, group photographs, video clips, crowd footage, and other recordings of the event.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, or do not want your identifiable image or likeness used for promotional purposes, you may opt out before the event or at check-in.

If you opt out, we will make reasonable efforts to identify you during the event and avoid intentionally photographing or filming you and to avoid using identifiable promotional content featuring you.
Because our events take place in active social environments, we cannot guarantee that an attendee who opts out will never appear incidentally in the background of a photograph or recording.
Unless you opt out as described above, you authorize The Setup Social to use photographs and recordings from the event in which you appear for the promotional and marketing purposes described in this policy.
You will not receive compensation for the use of event photography or recordings.
Your participation in event photography does not give you ownership of photographs or recordings created by or on behalf of The Setup Social.
An opt-out communicated before or at check-in applies to photography, recording, and promotional use associated with that event.
If you previously consented to event photography or video and later contact us after content featuring you has already been created or published, we will consider reasonable requests concerning future use of identifiable content featuring you.
We may not be able to remove content that has already been published, distributed, incorporated into existing materials, reposted, or shared by third parties.
Participants may take ordinary photographs and videos during events, but they are expected to respect the privacy and boundaries of other attendees.
If another participant asks you not to photograph or record them, please respect their request.
Participants may not photograph, film, record, publish, or distribute content involving another participant for purposes of harassment, intimidation, embarrassment, threats, or disclosure of private or sensitive information.
The Setup Social is not responsible for photographs or recordings independently created or shared by other participants, except to the extent required by applicable law.
